The Emerging Panhellenic Leadership Council was created to provide a stimulating environment for the newest members of the Panhellenic Community and project a positive image of Panhellenic life to the entire University. The program is intended to train and enhance each student’s leadership style, skill set, and individual leadership potential. The council will work in conjunction with Panhellenic Association, the Interfraternity Council, the Multicultural Greek Council, and the National Pan-Hellenic Council to build a strong foundation for future Greek involvement by encouraging the development of leadership skills, citizenship, character, and camaraderie. The Emerging Leaders Program provides students with an opportunity to learn about the structure of the University and Greek community, while networking with campus and community leaders. The council will serve as a stepping-stone for future involvement both throughout the Greek community and the campus as a whole.
