The hospitality industry has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic. Hotels, resorts, restaurants and other businesses are beginning to reopen but the industry faces big challenges ahead. Ajai Ammachathram is an assistant professor in the Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
